Jonathan Levy - prior to founding YY Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Levy held various roles at IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT), most recently serving as Vice Chairman and President of IDT Telecom, the company's telecom subsidiary division. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Levy served as operations manager for B&H Photo, Inc.

Yossi Cohn - prior to founding YY Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Cohn served as Director of Investor Relations for IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT). Before that, he was Director of Research for a U.K. based family office, SAGEN Asset Management. Mr. Cohn began his career as an Analyst at Millburn Ridgefield Corporation within the firm's Fund-of-Funds investment group.
