We look for businesses with barriers to entry provided by unique products or services, and a correspondingly diverse base of loyal and dedicated customers. Companies that fall within this category generally offer proprietary products or services that are supported by patent protection, copyright and/or strong brand name recognition, and do not have excessive customer concentrations.

Financial Criteria include:

• Minimum 5 year operating history
• Annual Revenues: $4-40 mm
• EBITDA: >$1.5 mm, or Operating Margins >10%
• Minimal ongoing Cap Ex needs

We concentrate our activities in the light manufacturing, value-added distribution and specialty services sectors, and do not look at companies in high-tech, biotech or other technology driven industries.
